Koino for youth groups and churches

Koino is built for a room full of people: one big screen, everyone's phones, and a story you play together.

A party code, as players will see it

How a session works

  1. The leader opens Koino on a laptop connected to a projector or TV, and creates a room.
  2. A party code appears on the big screen. Players type it on their phones; no accounts and no app.
  3. Everyone plays on their phone while the shared game runs on the big screen.
  4. After each round, talk about the story it came from. Every minigame shows its Bible passage.

Safety, by design

  • Players need no account and give no personal data to join a room.
  • Rooms are private: only people with the code can get in, and codes expire.
  • There is no open chat with strangers. Your group talks in the room.
  • The leader controls the room and starts every round.

What you need

  • A laptop with a modern browser, connected to a big screen
  • One phone per player, or one per team
  • Wi-Fi that everyone can use

Try a party night

The Mighty Men of David is in early testing. Host a room on the big screen and let everyone join from their phones with the party code.
