These terms apply when you use koino.party, join the waitlist or play the prototype.

Who we are

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't oblige you to anything. There's no confirmation email: you're on the list as soon as you join. We'll email you when a game is ready to play. You can leave at any time.

The prototype

The Lentil Field is an early test. It may change, break or disappear without notice, and rooms may close at any time. It is free to play.

When you play, please don't:

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the game rooms;
• use automated tools to create rooms or join them;
• share party codes in public places if you want your room to stay private.

Content

The site, the games and their art, text and code belong to Alex Crișan, unless stated otherwise. Bible quotations in English are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Romanian quotations are from Biblia Traducerea Fidelă 2015 (BTF 2015), used with permission. Spanish quotations are from the Reina Valera Gómez, copyright © 2004, 2010, 2023 Dr. Humberto Gómez Caballero, shown free of charge and with its words unchanged. You may share links to the site freely.

No warranty

The site and the prototype are provided "as is". We work to keep them running and correct, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent Romanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or the prototype. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protections of the consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
